Cheques issued overseas may not be readily acceptable for payment outside Malta and may be subject to clearance prior to being honoured. This may incur extra costs.

Term Deposit Accounts

The amount you spend or encash abroad will be converted into euro on the day we receive the transaction. Cash security may be required for some of these facilities.

If you are a permanent or temporary foreign resident in Malta or visit the island frequently, the Quikcash Card is the most convenient way to obtain cash from your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
