HomeStart

The HomeStart option will allow you to pay interest only during the first three or five years of the loan. The loan will then convert to a capital and interest repayment schedule for the remaining term.

By not repaying any of the capital during these first years, your initial monthly payments will be much lower than with a normal capital and interest repayment schedule.

This option will suit you best if you are:
  • Looking to purchase your first home, starting a family or having another child.
  • Moving home and wish to limit your outgoing during the next few years.
  • A recent graduate and about to start employment or private practice.

HomeStart is only available on variable interest rate Classic Home Loans with a term of loan of 20 years or more.
