Internet, Mobile and Phone Banking Systems Upgrade

Due to an important system upgrade, our Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Phone banking services will be unavailable between 10pm Saturday 19th May to 8am Sunday 20th May.

We apologise for the length of the outage and any inconvenience this causes. This is an essential upgrade that will ensure continued stability of our key banking services.

Which services will be affected?
Customers will not be able to access Internet Banking and Mobile Banking.

How long will the systems be down?
Systems will be unavailable from 10pm Saturday 19th May to 8am Sunday 20th May.

Will I be able to access Internet Banking, Mobile Banking or Phone Banking at all?
Unfortunately not, these will be unavailable for the duration of the upgrade. Internet Banking and Mobile Banking will be fully offline.

Is this downtime really necessary?
Yes. We need to upgrade the servers these systems run on to ensure we continue offering stable banking services.
