Internet and Mobile Banking Systems Upgrade

Due to an important system upgrade, our Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services will be unavailable between 10pm Friday 20th July to 5am Saturday 21st July.

We apologise for the length of the outage and any inconvenience this causes. This is an essential upgrade that will ensure continued stability of our key banking services.

FAQs

Which services will be affected?
Customers will not be able to access Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. These services will be completely offline for the duration of the upgrade.

How long will the systems be down?
Systems will be unavailable from 10pm Friday 20th July to 5am Saturday 21st July.

Will I be able to access Phone Banking?
Yes, you can access Phone Banking in the normal way.

Is this downtime really necessary?
Yes. We need to upgrade the servers these systems run on to ensure we continue offering stable banking services.
