We’ve changed our look

You might have noticed our logo looks different on our website, letters, emails and other places where you see the HSBC name.

You don’t need to do anything

We just wanted to let you know, so you can be confident our communications are really coming from us. If you’re concerned a communication might not be genuine, give us a call on the number on the back of your card.

Your card will still work fine. Depending on when it’s due to expire, it might be a while until you get a replacement card with the new logo. But it won’t make any difference to how you use it.

You might still see the old logo in some places

We’re not replacing everything with the old logo on it straight away. So for a while, you’ll see the old logo in some places and the new one in others. But they’re both still us.
