• Ensure excellent customer experience, working in close liaison with heirs, lawyers, notaries, and Malta Stock Exchange
• Support the process of vetting of legal documents submitted by notaries/lawyers relating to distribution of assets, payment of privileged bills and enquiries
• Prepare settlements of estates, making sure these are concluded in a timely manner
• Support management in other activities e.g. Management Information, statistics and change initiatives
• Ensure that group standards and policies are maintained and that compliance & regulatory requirements are met

• Good analytical skills, be able to work under pressure and own initiative
• Strong communication skills enabling you to build strong connections and show empathy
• Fluency in the Maltese language (both written and verbal)
• Collaborative team player with a strong customer focus
• Sound proficiency in IT applications, particularly MS Excel & Word
• Cert CIB/CEFA or similar qualification will be considered an asset
