We are seeking to recruit a number of Tellers to fill vacancies within our local retail branches.  The branch network operates on a 40 hour 6-day week schedule.  Recruitment will initially be on a fixed term contract basis, with the possibility of indefinite contracts being offered in the future.  The duties of the post will consist of teller duties, customer service relationship building, and the identification of selling opportunities to customer needs.  These tasks form as essential part of the foundations for a successful career in banking.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

EITHER

  • 6 “O” level passes (minimum grade 5/C or equivalent) including Maths, and English.
  • Fluency in spoken Maltese
     

OR

  • MCAST Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services (including Maths and fluency in both Maltese and English)

 

All applicants should also have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Experience of working in a team
  • Experience of working in a service environment
