What's changing?

We have introduced a simplified design with mobile-friendly screens allowing you to use online banking wherever you are.

Although simplified, it remains just as secure. Accessing a simpler account selection, a redesigned quick links menu and transaction history screen.

This is just the start, in the coming months we will upgrade more features of the online banking service.

Do you know your username?

You'll need your username when you log on to the enhanced online banking service for the first time. If you can't remember it, call us on +356 2380 2380; Advance Hotline +356 2148 9101; Premier Direct +356 2148 9100 or Fusion Support +356 2380 2389. 

Do we hold an up-to-date mobile number and email address for you?

So that we can keep you updated, it's important that the contact details we hold for you are up-to-date.

You can update your personal details using online banking. To do this choose 'Update Personal Information' under 'Services' in the left hand navigation.

Frequently asked questions

How is online banking changing?

Rather than upgrade all the functions at once, we will be moving to a more modern approach and will migrate certain functions gradually.

We have started by providing you with a new log on process, which is streamlined yet just as secure. You are accessing a simpler account selection, a redesigned quick links menu and transaction history screen.


All the other online banking functions will, for now, still remain and you can link to these easily through the new quick links menu.

How to ‘Pay a bill’ or ‘Make a transfer’

Move Money is the new name given to ‘Transfers’ and ‘Pay Bills’ functions in the enhanced Online Banking service.


When will you start to access Move Money?


We will be moving our customers to the new Move Money function in stages and will let you know via e-mail as soon as the new functionality is available for you to use.

To help you get ready for the move and make your transition as smooth as possible, we suggest that you familiarise yourself with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and video tutorials we have made available by following this link.

Does it matter which internet browser and operating system I use?

Online banking is available to both PC and Apple Mac users with modern internet-enabled machines.

  • Internet Explorer (version 11 and above)
  • Google Chrome (version 74 and above)
  • Safari (version 10 and above)
  • Firefox (version 64 and above)

Supported operating systems:

  • Windows 7, 8 and 10
  • Mac OS X 10.9 and above

Please note that if you are using an operating system or browser outside this range it will not be compatible with the enhanced online banking service.
