Terms and Conditions
- The promotion will run from 9 October 2023 to 30 November 2023 (the “campaign period”).
- The competition offers a €20,000 total prize fund made up of 10 prizes of €2,000 each.
- Subject to clause 4 below, the competition is open to all Premier Mastercard credit card holders.
- The competition is not open to:
(a) employees of HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. or any of its subsidiaries, and their spouses;
(b) agents, contractors, or subcontractors, of HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. or any of its subsidiaries; and
(c) any other entities associated with the competition. - Customers will earn a virtual ticket for every €25 spent on an eligible transaction as defined in clause 7 (for example, a customer spending €100 on an eligible transaction will earn 4 virtual tickets). 10 customers will be drawn in December 2023 and each of these 10 customers will be asked 2 general knowledge questions related to HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. Each customer who answers both questions correctly will get €2,000 worth of travel vouchers.
- Each customer cannot be drawn more than once and cannot win more than one prize equivalent to €2,000 worth of travel vouchers.
- Eligible transactions are those representing payments for goods or services made via EPOS or online during the campaign period using a Premier Mastercard credit card. ATM withdrawals, cash advances, purchase of gaming chips, traveller cheques, transfers of funds from credit card accounts, transactions effected at exchange bureaux and any interest and fees levied by HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. or any third party are not eligible for the competition.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Winners will be notified and advised on how to collect their prizes by 31 January 2024.
- HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. will not be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this competition or as a result of your participation in the competition or as a result of your winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any prize, or if the competition does not run as planned.
- HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or to amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid, technical, or commercial reason and without prior warning.
