Let us know as soon as possible if your card goes missing

Reporting your card

Please take action as soon as you realise your cards have been lost or stolen. Once you report your card, we will cancel it immediately and we will send you a replacement card and your new PIN separately within 7 working days. Delays may be expected due to postal services.
