The UK Contact Centre in Swatar has been operating in Malta since September 2006 and has a team of experienced, tenured and highly skilled individuals contributing towards customer facing banking activities. The team boasts over 20 nationalities and we currently have over 300 very passionate employees who take great pride in working with us. We serve a variety of departments including HSBC Advance, Unsecured Lending, HSBC Premier and Customer Due Diligence. We aim to deliver an impeccable and high quality service to our millions of customers through both inbound calls, outbound calling activities and via social media channels.
